Mint Brownies

I forgot to take a picture of this before everyone dug in. So, this is the best one I have of this dish:



MINT BROWNIES

1 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
½ C. Butter
4 Eggs
1 ½ C. Hershey’s syrup (16 Oz. Can)

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs & syrup until smooth.

Bake 25 to 30 min. Cool completely, spread mint cream on top.


Mint Cream:
2 C. Powdered Sugar
½ C. Butter
1 TSB. Water
½ tsp Mint extract
3 drops green food coloring


Top Layer (Frosting):
6 TBS. Butter
1 C. Hershey’s Mint Chocolate Chips or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Microwave 1-1 ½ minutes, or until melted, spread over mint, let cool.
