BLT

One of my favorite summer/fall meals is a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato. But the tomato has to be fresh from the garden. I picked these tomatoes came straight in and sliced them up. Yum! I only use mayo and a little pepper and toast on my BLT.

I have had a love for cooking and baking since I was old enough to climb up on the counter. I distinctly remember making my own Top Raman when I was three years old. Well, 30 years later and with lots of trial and error (I make up my own recipes often) and a whole lot of success I've decided to put it all in one place. (Mostly for myself so I remember, and my family for when they ask for recipes). I've catered many events and prepared food for large amounts of people numerous times. I've done more weddings than I'd like to count. But, all that experience has put me in a good place, experience is a great teacher. I hope you enjoy 'My Favorite Meals'.
