Apple Crisp

I decided to make an Apple Crisp last night. I didn't follow a recipe, but this is a pretty basic dish. So, it was really easy.

APPLE CRISP

5 - 6 apples peeled and sliced (I used Johna Gold and Granny Smith)
3 Tbs. Sugar
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Cloves
Pinch of salt

Toss and place in a baking dish (I used a small cake pan, 6X9)

Top with crumble:
2 Tbs. Flour
4 Tbs. Butter cubbed and softened
1/3 C. Rolled Oats
2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Cook at 350 for 20-30 min. Until apples are tender and top is golden brown.

Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
